Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, on Friday congratulated Mr Adegboyega Oyetola, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Osun State governorship election for emerging the winner of the keenly contested election.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Habib Aruna, on Friday, governor Ambode said it was a well-deserved victory.
According to him, the people of Osun had made a choice to vote for continuity and experience, which he believes Oyetola represents.
He congratulated the APC for yet another victory, saying it was a confirmation that the people still have confidence in the programme and policies of the party not only in Osun but also across the country.
