According to TMZ, Allen has asked the court to release him so that he can take care of his pregnant fiancee despite being indicted for first-degree murder.
22-year-old Allen was caught on the surveillance tape walking away from the Florida motorsports dealership where XXX had gone to minutes before his death.
The suspect who is facing a first-degree murder case has said that once he is let out, he will go back to his mother whom he has always lived with and back to his lawn care business.
Allen has been previously convicted of misusing a personal ID in the State of Florida, carrying a concealed firearm and drug possession.
