Rodgers Hails ‘Impact Player’ Iheanacho


Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers has lauded Kelechi Iheanacho for his impact at the club even as he explained the Nigerian inability to feature on a regular basis for the Foxes.

Iheanacho has played second fiddle to Jamie Vardy this season and has made seven starts in the Premier League.

Despite his limited role, the 23-year-old has scored four times in 15 league outings.

His latest goal came in Wednesday’s 2-1 defeat to Everton at the Goodison Park.
