Chikelue Iloenyosi, a former Nigeria international and Chairman of the Anambra State Football Association has continued to seek divine guidance in his task of developing football in the South- East State, Completesports.com reports.
Nigeria Dream 2 defender to The Sydney 2000 Olympics on Wednesday visited the Catholic Bishop of Awka Diocese, His Lordship, Most Reverend Paulinus Okafor as he sought divine guidance and direction in his assignment.
Iloenyosi was confirmed as Anambra State FA Chairman on July 28 by the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF.
Ever since, Iloenyosi, who is affectionately called ‘General’, apparently following his no-compromising stance while on the pitch during his playing days, has hit the ground running, embarking on several activities that have revived the game in the state.
