A traffic offender Mrs Ndidi Amehia Eleazar with vehicle registration number BB 622 RBC has been charged before a magistrate court in Otta, Ogun state for resisting arrest and biting a corp marshal.
She was flagged down for windscreen and worn out tyre. In the process of impounding the vehicle, the woman attempted to drive off with the Marshal inside her vehicle but in a bit to resist arrest she bit the Marshal on his thumb. she was eventually apprehended and presented before a Magistrate Court 3 at Otta. The Magistrate condemned her rudeness and behaviour to the FRSC officials and fined her the sum N66,000.
