Early Morning Rain Threatening LG Election In Lagos, As Flood Takes Over Street (VIDEO)

An Early morning downpour in Lagos is threatening the Local government Election in Lagos state; some areas in Mushin, Apapa were highly flooded.  Resident in these areas have also vowed not to allow the Local council election takes places, they complained neglect by the governments over the years.
