These top politicians lost their beloved son to the cold hands of death, remarkably the death of their son’s was ascribe to the same cause “Cardiac Arrest”; which is proven to be one of the deadliest caused of death in the world.

  1. Anthony Anenih

The former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Board of Trustees Chairman Chief Anthony Anenih lost his son Eugene Anenih, who is the chief executive officer of Nova Finance and Securities Ltd. to the cold hands of death on Sunday May 14th 2017.

Mr. Eugene Anenih was said to have cardiac arrest while playing lawn tennis at an undisclosed location in Lagos. The case of Chief Anenih was pathetic, as he lost his wife just three weeks before the demise of his son.

 

2. Another prominent politician who lost his son in 2017 is the APC stalwart and former governor of Lagos state, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Mr. Jide Tinubu, the first son of the top APC chief according to reports gave up the ghost after a cardiac arrest attack on the night of 1st November 2017. The late Jide was a law graduate of the University of Liverpool, England. He obtained a Masters degree in Maritime Law from the University of London and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999.

Mr. Tinubu who is a promoter in TSL, had worked in the Legal Department of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited from January 2000 to September 2001.

Prior to this, he had brief stints with Cargo Maritime, Paris, France; a firm of shipbrokers that specialize in petroleum product tankers and Ocean and Oil Services Ltd; a petroleum products trading company. Whilst at Ocean and Oil, Mr. Tinubu regularly coordinated large scale road transportation of bitumen and other petroleum products, purchased from the company to various parts of the country.
