The Senate President, Bukola Saraki today announced the defection of 15 APC Senators to the PDP. The Senate President read the letter addressed to the Senate by the defectors. Some of the senators that defect includes;

Senator Dino Melaye – Kogi West
Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso – Kano Central
Senator Shehu Sani – Kaduna Central
Senator Barnabas Gemade – Benue North East
Senator Isah Hamma Misau – Bauchi Central
Sen. Suleiman Nazif – Bauchi North
