Die-hard Manchester City fan, Amani Stanley; and a Manchester United fan, Tony Shilla, placed a bet on their individual wife, promising to let her spend a week with the one whose team wins the Derby.
The alleged handwritten agreement between the two Tanzanian football fanatics is trending on the social media, with each of them pledging to give up his wife to the other for a week in the event of a loss for their respective team.
Manchester United led a 3-2 victory against Man City, automatically meaning that Amani would surrender his spouse to the Man-U fan for a week.
The contract reads, “I hereby promise to give away my wife for an entire week to my brother Tony Shilla if Manchester City doesn’t win the league title against Manchester United.
“I’m of sound mind and I’ve not been coerced into this agreement.”
