The embattled senator representing Delta Central at the Senate, Ovie Omo-Agege, has described the sponsors of a new faction of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Reformed APC, as cowards, saying that those behind the group will soon be exposed.
Omo-Agege claimed that the gang-up of the R-APC whom he termed ‘Rejected APC’ would not stop the re-election bid of President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019.
The senator spoke at the Osubi Airstrip in the Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State on his first visit to his constituency since the senate mace theft saga began about three months ago.
Omo-Agege, who was received by hundreds of APC supporters in the state, said he couldn’t be intimidated by his colleagues who he said illegally suspended him. He added that he was sent by his constituents to equally represent them at the National Assembly like other senators…
