Not every 80 years old look as young as you are. What’s your secret?

The reason is simple: I behave like a White man. I am always contented with what I have and I don’t run after money. I have friends who run after money; they don’t sleep, and if they sleep at all, they wake up very early. When I was still in service, I did my work conscientiously and now that I’m retired, I wake up in the morning and pray. Lastly, in my house, which is about three plots, I have a garden where I plant pineapples, vegetables and other fruits and herbs. I eat fresh foods.
