Nasarawa State Governor, Umaru Tanko Al-Makura, has reacted to the allegation levelled against him by the Peoples Democratic Party in the state of being mischievous in the allocation of land areas for ranching.
The PDP had accused the governor of relocating four out of the seven proposed ranches in the state to Alago communities in the South Senatorial District of the state without allocating any to his hometown, Kwandera.
But Al-Makura, in a statement on Friday, described the PDP as unpatriotic and mischievous, saying its claim was an attempt to blackmail his government.
He said that his government would not go back on its aim to provide seven grazing reserves in the state.
