Covid regulations: Security agencies may exploit Nigerians, says Tomori

Kayode Oyero Professor of Virology, Oyewale Tomori, says security agencies may exploit Nigerians under the guise of enforcing the newly signed Coronavirus Disease Health Protection Regulations (2021).
