President Muhammadu Buhari has left Abuja for Daura, his hometown in Katsina State, to celebrate Sallah.
He landed at the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua International Airport, Katsina, on Monday evening, before he left for his hometown.
Earlier on Monday, he had a meeting with security chiefs on the security situation in the country.
The meeting, which was held behind closed doors, also featured the Inspector General of Police, heads of intelligence agencies, among others.
On Monday, he also signed the 2010 Instrument of Accesssion to the International Cocoa Agreement.
