Miyetti Allah Disowns Benue Chairman Who Called For Saraki’s Resignation

The Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) says its Benue State Chairman who called for the resignation of Bukola Saraki as Senate President did so on his own. 

Garus Gololo, Chairman of the association in Benue, had said in an interview with Punch that Saraki would be forced out of office if he doesn’t resign.

However, Baba Uthman Ngelzarma, National Secretary of MACBAN, urged the public to disregard Galolo’s position.

“The attention of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria has been drawn to an interview granted by one Garus Gololo in Makurdi to Punch Newspaper titled ‘Resign or we will force you out, Miyetti Allah to Saraki’. This statement is unfortunate. I will categorically state that Garos Gololo spoke in his personal capacity and has no mandate to speak on behalf of the association,” Ngelzarma said in a…
