Atiku Abubakar, a former Vice-President and presidential aspirant seeking to contest on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), says only “immoral leaders” would prioritise politics over the country’s fiscal future.
He stated this in response to a post on Nigeria’s 2017 earnings from oil, to which he highlighted ways he intends to develop the economy if elected President.
Atiku, who once served as Vice-President of Nigeria for eight years, went ahead to allude to the “failure” of the economic policies of the present administration.
