The Nigerian Army has announced the discovery of a shallow grave where Major General Idris Alkali (rtd) was buried.
The General Officer Commanding 3 Division, Major General Benson Akinroluyo, addressed a press briefing on Friday, where he said the grave was identified by four different sources unknown to each other.
According to Akinroluyo, sniffer dogs also led the soldiers to the same “opened shallow grave”, but a specialist contracted by residents in the community connived with a 10-man team to move the corpse to another site.
