The department of Local Government and Development Studies, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, has denied having any lecturer by the name, Prof A. Muhammad, in the department.
Prof Muhammadu, who claimed to be from the department was a returning officer in the just concluded Kaduna council poll.
Recall that a video posted by one Engr Ahmad Wawo on his twitter account @Engineerwawo wrote :”KADSIECOM returning officer, Prof A. Muhammad from Local government and Development Studies Department, ABU Zaria attest that the result been announced was fake to favour APC. Listen to him on this video”.
But our correspondent who went to the department of Local Government and Development Studies, Ahmadu Bello University,Zaria to verify the identity of the acclaimed local government returning officer in the just concluded local government elections, discovered that the department does not know Prof A. Muhammad, as many staff said they do not even know any lecturer in ABU…
