The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), through the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), has given an indication to redesign and harmonise Chibiri Pasali layout in Kuje area council, in line with the change of land use.
Speaking at the maiden stakeholders meeting with allottees, held at the Kuje area council secretariat, the director of Urban and Regional Planning Department, Malam Muhammad Loko, explained that the redesigning of the layout has become necessary in view of development that has caught up with the existing layout.
Loko stated that the redesign of Chibiri and Pasali Farmlands Layout to comprehensive residential and other ancillary uses was aimed at accommodating the yearning of allottees, seeking allocation for residential purposes.
