The immediate past governor of Kaduna state, Dr. Mukhtar Ramalan Yero has submitted his letter of intent to contest the position of Governor of the state under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The former governor who stormed the PDP State secretariate alongside mammoth crowd of supporters, told the state party chairman, Hon Hassan Hyet who was on hand to receive the letter expressed gratitude to the party for the support he recieved while he served as governor before 2015.
The State Chairman assured him of a level playing ground among all other contestants and wished him the very best in his aspiration.
In the letter of intent, Dr Yero who is also the Dalatun Zazzau, said that his decision to still occupy the number one seat in the sate was informed by the genuine concern for the people haven consulted widely.
