All is now set for the Advisory Board of Pan-African Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (PALEDEC) to confer the Mandela/ Pan-African Humanitarian Award of excellence on the Director General, Cross River State primary health care Development Agency, Dr. Betta Edu before the year winds off.
The award which is in partnership with the Moroccan International
Centre for Diplomacy will be bestow on the health boss for her
numerous contribution towards the promotion/ upliftment of primary
health delivery services in the country.
A letter titled Pan- African Humanitarian Summit/Award 2018:
Invitation as an Awardee and Guest Speaker addressed to Edu stated
that apart from Edu being an award recipient at the ceremony, Edu is
to also serve as guest speaker at the event billed to hold in Rabat,
Morocco, before the end of the year adding that the award of honor on
