Experts at the j cust concluded 2018 Next Einstein Forum (NEF) African Science Week in Nigeria has identified massive in innovation hub in Nigeria as a sure and most rapid way of moving Nigeria out of her current science and technological backwardness.
Speaking in an interview at the sideline of the Women in Science Talk Show/Award Night which held Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the Banquet Hall, National Center for Women Development, Abuja in celebration of the 2018 African Science Week in Nigeria, the founder and executive director of the African Center for Innovation and Leadership Development (ACILD),Dr. Obidimma Ezezika stated that apart from doing more to foster innovation and leadership in Africa and Nigeria in particular, through the empowerment of science and technology researchers and leaders,especially youth and women, Nigerian government need to massively invest in innovation hubs in order to practically move Nigeria up in the science and technology sector.
