Some Nigerians who applied for a South African Visa has petitioned the High Commissioner over seizure of their international passport, demanding N10million as damages.
In a letter written by their solicitors, Benedict Ebeshi &Co, signed by the Principal Partner, B. O. Ebeshi Esq and addressed to South African Embassy located at no 71 Usman Street, off Gana Street Maitama Abuja, the Nigerians asked for urgent released of their passports.
“We are Solicitors to Young Nigerians Against Greed, a registered association and the promoters of Farm Wealth Nigeria with its registered address at Plot 2, Road 11, off 1st Avenue, Gwarimpa, Abuja, Nigeria herein after referred to as ‘Our Clint’ on whose behalf and instructions we write this letter.”
