The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, Chief Great Ogboru has asserted that the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is disadvantaged in terms of in winning elections in the state.
According to him, with the change in government and leadership style at the center and a new thinking of the people, it would be difficult for PDP to win the forthcoming elections in Delta State.
Ogboru, who stated this in Abuja when he interacted with journalists, said that PDP had always won elections in the state in a way not through the polls.
He dismissed the assertions in many quarters that Delta State was a PDP state, as he said, “Well, I have heard people saying Delta State is a PDP state. That is highly untrue because majority and a very significant number of our people are not PDP complaints.
