A non governmental organisation, Mums Booth has organised a free enterprenuership training tagged: “Project Start” for children between the ages 5-15 to serve as a life time investment for the nation.

Speaking yesterday in Abuja at a one day vocational training for kids, the Convener of Project Start, Martha Tawiyah, charged the federal government on the need to see financial and entrepreneurship education as an important part of the child’s life, adding that the country would overcome the challenge of unemployment if it could imbibe the culture of “Catch them young”

“I would want the government to see this training as an important part of the child’s life, we have a lot of adults enrolled in wrong fields today, some places in our countries we are not moving forward, like you have engineers in banks”

“If you can focus on financial education, entrepreneur education for these kids, things they can do alongside their education, let’s bring out the genius in the kids,…
