The chairman of League Management Company (LMC), Alhaji Shehu Dikko has commended Rangers International as well as Lobi Stars of Makurdi for progressing into the next round of the CAF competitions respectively.
According to the LMC boss,they have proven worthy of the NPFL, they gave good account of themselves winning convincingly against their respective opponents.
“ As far as I am concerned, the last time a team qualified for the group stage of CAF Champions League was five years ago and I think Lobi stars have given a warning of note of themselves by getting to the group stage, while Rangers Int’l too, having beaten an Algerian side in North Africa, for me that shows character, attitude and mentality , I hope they continue in that manner.
