For Nigerians who may be expecting to witness another naira rain in the ongoing electioneering process, it will no longer be business as usual, as President Muhammadu  Buhari yesterday warned his ministers that he will not authorise the use of any money from the nation’s treasury to fund campaigns for the 2019 general elections.

Speaking at the close of the Federal Executive Council (FEC), the president who reiterated his commitment to eliminating corruption in campaign financing in the country said Nigerians can no longer be won over by money politics.

Accordingly, he directed the ministers to take advantage of modern technology to reach out to voters on the need to return the All Progressives Congress (APC) administration in the next general polls.
