Since her abduction along Isa local government of Sokoto state by yet to be apprehended terrorists also know as bandits during the general elections, Sister Gloria (second name withheld) has finally regained her freedom after spending 26 days in the den of terrorists.
Sister Gloria who could not control her joy during a thanksgiving Mass held at the St Peters Catholic Church, 8 Division Giginya Army Barracks, Sokoto in honour of her release said, God is indeed faithful.
According to her the trauma was beyond description, adding that, her case was more of divine intervention than human.
While giving account of her ordeal and that of numerous others held captive by the bandits, she said, their abductors were initially harsh on her having realized she was a Christian.
