Human resources analysts believe that life is all about services and that at every point, one is either giving a service or receiving it from others. It has been theoretically and empirically established that services can lead to economic transformation through direct, indirect, induced and productivity effects.
Hence, quality service delivery covers both the corporate and public space. According to experts, this is because interactions between both public and private sectors are mutually reinforcing, taking cognisance of the fact that the macro economy is a composition of firms (corporate) and government (public).
