CLASFON Decry Arrest, Detention of Adara Leaders

The Christian Lawyers Fellowship Of Nigeria (CLASFON) has described as an infringement of human rights the continued arrest and detention of Adara traditional and community leaders following crisis in Kajuru local government area of Kaduna State.

 

CLASFON made their position known in a communiqué issued at the end of her Quarterly meeting of the President-in-Council, a body comprised of the National Executive Officers, Chairmen and Secretaries of all the 46 branches and Heads and Secretaries of the Directorates of the fellowship which held in Aba, Abia State.

 

A copy of the communiqué issued which was issued and made available to newsmen in Kaduna also decried the alarming rate of insecurity in our Nation; and the unconstitutional means of driving Government policy by Kogi State Governor and the continued detention of Leah Shaibu.
