The proposed implementation of Rural Grazing Areas (RUGA) across the country by the Federal Government as part of measures to militate against farmers/herdamen clashes has bren greeted with mixed reactions.
Where as, the RUGA saga has been temporarily laid to rest with the suspension of it’s implementation, the rumbles it generated are still being felt with several groups, maintaining different positions.
