Determined to block loopholes that might aid corrupt tendencies among staff of Ministries , Departments and Agencies of government, the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has partnered with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to check revenue leakages and ensure accountability in the country.
The corps, in a statement by its director, media and public relations, Commandant Olusola Odumosu, said the partnership is to enhance the capacity of principal officers of both agencies on the standard processes and guiding rules operations in the delivery of their mandates.
The partnership was brought to the fore when some members of the NSCDC anti-fraud unit paid a courtesy visit to the EFCC headquarters in Abuja.
