A humanitarian worker, Mohammed Ciroma has appealed to Borno politicians to give him all the billboards scattered around the state so that the IDPs would use them to cover what they call ‘homes’
“I am appealing to all the politicians in # Borno_State to please give me all the billboards that are placed on all the roundabouts and other strategic places since the elections are over. I will like to give it to the #IDPs , that are not in the official
