Update: Nigerian man wrongfully imprisoned for 24 years has died since 2012, stop any form of donation- LEDAP reveals

Last week, activist and leader of the Joint Legal Action Aids JLAA, Kingsley Ughe, shared the story of a Nigerian man, Olatunji Olaide, who was in prison for 24 years for a crime he did not commit.

Another NGO, Legal Defence and Assistance Project – (LEDAP), has just released a statement saying Mr Olaide died in 2012 shortly after he was released and that no one should make any cash donations on his behalf. Read the statement below
