North West dressed herself today and was about to step out, until her mother, Kim Kardashian noticed she was wearing her heeled boots and stopped her.
Apparently, North West took offense and broke down crying when she wouldn’t be allowed to step out in the high-heeled boots.
Sharing photos to Instagram, Kim wrote:
Sooooo Miss North dressed herself and thought she was ready for the day until I explained she couldn’t wear my boots.
