At the Royal Ascot yesterday, Meghan Markle made her first appearance at the famed Ascot horse track to celebrate the beginning of a week’s worth of races, which are held every year in June and attended by the Queen.
The Duchess of Sussex made a gracious entrance to the event, which she attended with her husband, Prince Harry. Though the two remained close for the duration of the festivities, Markle was also seen bonding with her in-laws at the event.
She was seen chatting with Prince Harry’s stepmom Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, on the field. The two seemed to be having an engaging conversation; Meghan’s face lit up while speaking to her fellow Duchess.
The bonding moment was even more proof that Meghan and Camilla are getting along. Last month, they were seen chatting and holding hands at one point at the Buckingham Palace garden party honouring Prince Charles.
