The Police on Wednesday arraigned Adebayo Funke, 42, Hammed Yusuf, 42, and Adebayo Adebolu, 37, in an Ile-Ife Magistrates’ Court in Osun over alleged assault.
The prosecutor, Cpl. Olawale Odusina told the court that the accused persons committed the offence on Nov. 8, around 8:30am at Abewela Street, Ile-Ife.
Odusina said they assaulted Alegbeleye Olaolu by beating him up with sharp objects, inflicting injuries on his face.
He said that they also assaulted Yetunde Alegbeleye by beating her with objects.
