Jigawa Deputy Gov. Alhaji Ibrahim Hassan, said the state government has constructed standard primary health centres in each of the 287 wards in the 27 Local Government Areas of the state.
Hassan, who disclosed this while briefing newsmen in Dutse on Friday, said the projects were in fulfillment of the “One Ward One Health Facility’’ campaign promise of the state All progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
According to the deputy governor, the projects will be handed over to the state government by the contractors in December.
