On 8th June 1998, exactly eighteen years today was the last official function of the late Head Of State and Commander In Chief of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria, General Sani Abacha.
Abacha welcomed the visiting Palestinian President Yasir Arafat also late now, before the later was announced dead the following morning.
