Senate President Bukola Saraki, his deputy, Ike Ekweremadu , Maikasuwa, former clerk of the national assembly; and Benedict Efeturi, deputy clerk of the national assembly have been granted bail Salisu.
They were granted bail today by a Federal High court in Abuja after pleading ‘not guilty’ to the alleged forgery of senate rules.
The bail conditions are: all four accused must have landed property in Maitama, Asokoro, Wuse 2 to be used as surety or be remanded in Kuje.
