New Telegraph reporter loses car to thieves in Makurdi

CORRESPONDENT of New Telegraph in Benue State, Cephas Iorhemen lost his gold colour Toyota Camry car with registration number KWL 495 AH with chassis number 4T1BG22KWU077325 to thieves last Monday.
Some of the items in the car included an iPad, two tape recorders, a jotter, New Telegraph staff identity card and an umbrella.
The incident took place in front of First Bank Plc premises located along Wurukum-Aliade road in Makurdi metropolis between 8am and 9am.
Iorhemen said he went to the bank for a brief transaction, only to discover after completion that his car had been stolen. He said he has alerted the security men at the bank who he said failed to track down the thieves.
He also said he has reported the matter at the police B Division in Makurdi, even as he appealed to anyone with useful information that could lead to the recovery of the stolen car to report to the nearest police station.
