The Lagos State Government is constrained to respond to an article titled,”Lekki Toll: Biggest Fraud Ever Conceived and Committed” published in The Herald of 13th February, 2015, and many other online platforms. This has become necessary in order to provide accurate information to the public at large about the Project, put the record straight and correct a lot of misinformation and misconception in the jaundiced report.
