The collapsed Synagogue building
The Lagos State Chief Medical Examiner, CME, Professor John Obafunwa today submitted the final forensic report of the victims that died in the September 12, 2014 collapse of a building with the premises of Synagogue Church of All Nation, SCOAN.
Presenting the report before the Chief Coroner, Magistrate Oyetade Komolafe, Prof. Obafunwa said that the forensic test which was conducted at Unistel Laboratory, South Africa revealed how 110 of the 116 victims of the collapsed building died.
He said 74 of the victims were South Africans, 22 Nigerians, two Beninese and one Togolese.
