The spokesperson of Afenifere, Yinka Odumakin has faulted the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, decision to use Card Reader for the elections.
Odumakin made this remark while he was waiting to be accredited at Unit 020, Grammar school, in Ojodu Local Council Development Area, Lagos at about 11: 45 am.
It was massively reported that there were hitches in the usage of card reader for the elections nation wide.
