Adamu Mu’azu, PDP national chairman
The Lagos State Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on Thursday said it could not afford to be in opposition in the state for more than four years.
The state Publicity Secretary of the Party, Mr Taofik Gani, spoke with NAN on the sidelines of the presentation of Certificates of Return to elected political office holders in Lagos.
INEC, at the event, presented certificates to 29 candidates who emerged winners in the just concluded general elections, including the Lagos State Governor-Elect, Mr Akinwumi Ambode of the All Progressives Congress.
