Illegal Detention: Appeal Court fixes 5 Nov for case against IGP

The Court of Appeal, sitting in Benin, has fixed 5 November, 2015, for hearing of a case of non-compliance with a judgement it gave on 6 May, 2013, ordering the former Inspector-General of Police to pay the judgement sum of N5 million to ‎Rev. David Ugolor for illegally detaining him.
