The Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) in Kogi have arrested a member of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Mr Friday Sani (PDP), representing the Igalamela/ Odolu Constituency.
The counsel to Sani, Mr John Adele, told newsmen in Lokoja on Saturday that the lawmaker was arrested on Friday, along the Odolu-Nsukka road.
Adele said his client had gone Nsukka to make some purchases in readiness for the annual Odolu Day, of which he is a chief promoter.
