Except, perhaps, the President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, no other Nigerian politician has been cruelly maligned as the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Since his emergence as a major pillar of progressive politics, Tinubu has had to live with many callously cooked-up stories that are clearly meant to disparage his person.
