Malam Nasiru El-Rufai, Kaduna State Governor
Nasir El-Rufai, Kaduna state governor has explained why him and his deputy had to take 50 per cent pay cut. In his inaugural speech, he explained that as leaders they needed to sacrifice to bring the much needed change.
