The Federal Government has inaugurated an independent committee to address the labour crisis between the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) and the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria (ASCN).
Samuel Olowookere, the Deputy Director of Press, Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity, disclosed this in a statement in Abuja on Friday.
The statement noted that the committee, inaugurated by Dr Clement Illoh, the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, would look into the purported certificate forgery and irregular career progression in the commission.
